Data notice
Privacy notice
Version 2026-07-22
This notice explains how ReachAI processes business contact information for personalized B2B outreach campaigns.
Information used
- Professional identity and contact details, such as name, role, company, business email, location, and LinkedIn profile URL.
- Public professional profile images and business information used for research and personalization.
- Campaign activity, including email delivery, acceptance of the AI notice, first page view, and booking-button click.
- How the recipient interacts with the campaign pages prepared for them: visits, time on page, how far they scrolled or watched the video, which buttons they tapped, and, on pages that include a calculator, the amount they last tried in it (an example figure, never a balance or account data). On the video page this is measured only after the AI notice is accepted. This activity may be shared with the business that invited them, including in that business's customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Limited technical data, including user agent, whether the device is a phone or a computer, a random identifier for each visit, and the consent cookie used to remember a viewing choice.
How it is used
Information is used to identify relevant business prospects, create and review personalized outreach, deliver an approved campaign, measure campaign activity and report it to the business that runs the campaign, handle objections and deletion requests, prevent duplicate messages, and maintain service security.
Sources and service providers
Data may come from the campaign client, professional networking profiles, public business sources, and business-data providers. Vendors may process data for hosting, email delivery, research, image or video generation, voiceover, booking, customer relationship management, and analytics under their own contractual and legal obligations.
Choices
Recipients may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or an end to direct marketing where applicable. Marketing objections are honored for future campaigns, even when other records must be retained for legal or security reasons.
Retention and international processing
Campaign records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the campaign, compliance, dispute handling, and security. Service providers may process information in other countries with safeguards required by applicable law.
